  • Oversaw rapid implementation leading to profitability in the first month.

1996 – 2000   Director of Product Development & Marketing, Excite Communities

  • Created Excite’s entire online community strategy, identified and designed products that became the suite of community products.
  • Performed due diligence on companies targeted for acquisition.
  • Grew communities into the only profitable area of Excite.
  • Managed Excite’s Austin-based staff of 35 and remote teams around the world.

1987 – 1996   Founder & President, Go Media, Inc.

  • Grew the company from a one-person shop into an award-winning, 17-member digital media design and development agency.
